4. Promotion is valid for dine-in customers only.
5. A minimum of 4 adults dining together is required to enjoy this promotion. Children are not considered as adults for the purpose of meeting the minimum adult requirement.
6. Eligible customers may choose any TWO (2) complimentary items from the following:
* 1x Coconut Ice Cream
* 1x Thai Pancake
* 1x Lemongrass Fried Chicken
* 4x Thai Toast
7. Complimentary items cannot be exchanged for cash, other menu items, discounts, or vouchers.
8. Free items are subject to availability. Sun Thai Food reserves the right to replace any complimentary item with another item of similar value without prior notice.
9. Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers, member privileges, or corporate offers unless otherwise stated.
10. Only one (1) redemption per table per receipt.
11. Splitting bills or combining multiple receipts to qualify for the promotion is not permitted.
